Frequently Asked Questions

No problem. Just click "Add New" and add your student's name to the roster and proceed with your order. Searchable rosters are an optional feature for your school. If your student's name isn't found, it typically means your school did not upload a roster. Also, remember that the roster typically uses your student's official name in the school database.

Your school determines the ordering deadlines as well as what options appear for sale on the Yearbook Order Center. Deadlines vary by school, and your school is the authority on any ordering deadlines and price increases. Many schools include deadlines on the school website and/or in school newsletters. For further information, please contact your school directly.

Unfortunately, if your school has ended their sale with the Yearbook Order Center, we are no longer authorized to process orders on their behalf. If the sale has ended, you may want to contact the yearbook adviser at your school to see if extra copies have been ordered that you could reserve.

If you are designing a yearbook ad with our Online Ad Creation service, the ad must be completed prior to finalizing your payment. Once you pay, your ad is submitted directly to the school for inclusion in the yearbook and cannot be altered.

If your school has chosen our School Ad Creation option, you can pay for the ad upfront and will then need to review your school’s published materials for how to submit your photos and text directly to the school.

If you used our Online Ad Creation program, once an ad is submitted to the school it cannot be altered without approval from the yearbook adviser at your school. All requests for corrections should be directed to the yearbook adviser for consideration. Your school has the right to refuse corrections and/or charge additional fees for making changes, as it is their responsibility to ensure all production deadlines are met.

Please note: If you have purchased a keepsake yearbook ad print or magnet, those items will need to be repurchased once your ad has been corrected.

Generally, all yearbooks are shipped to the school in bulk on the date requested by the school. Distribution of the yearbooks is scheduled by the school. Please inquire directly with the school for more specific distribution information.

Some schools offer an individual shipping option for an additional fee. If that option is available, you will see it listed on the yearbook products page. When this option is selected, you'll be prompted to provide a shipping address during the checkout process. Please note: Yearbooks cannot be shipped to a Post Office Box.

Varsity Yearbook does not store past copies of printed yearbooks. All printed copies are delivered to the school. You may check with the school to see if they have any additional copies left over from the specific year you are inquiring about.

If you receive this message, first please confirm that the credit card number, expiration date, CVV number, and Zip/Postal Code have been entered accurately and are current. If there are no data entry errors and the card is active, please contact your bank or credit card issuer to inquire about why the transaction isn't being approved.

Unfortunately, our system isn't currently set up to accept payments using two different cards for a single transaction.

If you place your yearbook order through the Varsity Yearbook order center, we can issue refunds up to two weeks prior to the scheduled ship date. However, all refunds are subject to school approval, and the school has the right to refuse any refund request. Any refund requests after the cutoff period should be directed to the yearbook adviser at your school for consideration.

When issuing a refund, we must always first attempt to issue the refund to the original form of payment. If you are using a gift card as a form of payment, please keep the card until you have received your yearbook.

Please note: Keepsake yearbook ad prints or magnets are personalized and non-refundable.

The yearbook is a school-directed publication, and the school makes all decisions about the content of the book. For questions regarding content, please contact the yearbook adviser at your school.
